Annual Meeting Registration Details

Registration fees include the opening reception, poster session, and buffet lunch on Friday.  A one-year membership in NCARE is also included.

Please register in advance in order to help us plan and use resources accordingly.  Early-bird (online) registration saves you time and money!  Online registration closes on February 10.

Early Bird (Online) Registration fees are:

  • $110 ($90 professional + $20 annual membership)
  • $90 ($80 for student + $10 annual membership)

On-site Registration fees are:    

  • $125 ($105 professional + $20 annual membership)
  • $105 ($95 student + $10 annual membership)  

Presenters must register by February 10 online to secure a spot in the program.  To register online, visit our registration page here: http://www.ncare.us/annual-meeting/registration.  Onsite registration will close on Friday, February 17 at 11am.

Lodging in Chapel Hill

There are several hotels located near The Friday Center. The closest hotel is the Courtyard Marriott http://www.marriott.com/search/findHotels.mi.  Although there are no official discounts for this hotel, when booking, we encourage you to mention you are attending the NCARE conference at The Friday Center for a possible discount.
