Workshop 2:  Transformative Partnering: How to Support All Students as Leaders Through a Systemic Solution.  Hosted by the Center for Creative Leadership, this session will feature a collaborative presentation by the Center for Creative Leadership and their partners at Ravenscroft School. Through Ravenscroft’s innovative ‘research-incubator’ status with CCL, the partnership has allowed for an ongoing relationship (currently in year 5) focused on a systemic solution to use leadership development training throughout the Ravenscroft community to impact student, faculty, and staff development. In discussing this unique partnership, we will explain CCL’s Early Leadership Theory of Change, show how this translates into an on-the-ground systemic school initiative, highlight initial findings and data related to impact, and discuss the role of empowerment evaluation as it has informed the process.  We look forward to engaging other experts as we continue to refine and develop this approach. has been exploring the potential for making leadership development an integral part of the school curriculum in settings around the world. In this workshop CCL shares the theory supporting a leadership curriculum and the lessons learned so far.   To learn more visit: https://www.ccl.org/
